With over 30 years of show grooming experience, the founder of Groomer.dk, Katerina Cechova, strives to deliver innovative and unique grooming tools that deliver exceptional results, while keeping the comfort and safety of the dog and groomer at the center of her product design. Groomer.dk is the ONLY brand of handmade and hand-dulled stripping tools on the market (despite what other say!) using the best possible materials to bring you the highest quality products at a reasonable price that will last! Beware of the many copies on the market; authentic Groomer.dk tools will come with a hologram sticker of authenticity.

Shipping and Delivery

Offering delivery options for your convenience

At the Secure Checkout page, you‘ll see the ordered item’s description, its price, and delivery time. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item on your order for an additional fee. Delivery times vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order. You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our street store or ship them directly to your doorstep. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your orders get to you on time. For US shipments, we offer ground shipping which is typically takes 2-5 business days and Priority Mail which takes 1-3 business days. For shipments to Canada, we offer economy and standard shipping which can take between 3-14 business days. Exceptions apply and delivery time is not guaranteed. We ship to all 50 United States and Canada and each order is packed with love, so please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Buy online, pick up in store

We‘ll keep your order for several days so you can come get it at a convenient time

You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our store in one or two hours, sometimes even less. Best of all, ordering online and picking up in store allows you to save on shipping fees and avoid shipping time. Your order will be held at the store for several calendar days. We'll send you a reminder email one day before we cancel the order and return the merchandise to the warehouse.

Returns

- You have 14 days to return the goods for full price not including the shipping fees. - In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that: - The goods are in the original packaging - The goods have not been used - We will refund your payment to the card that was used to make the purchase as soon as the items are received by us. - Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. - We are not responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.
